requires regular inspection of grounds, courts, equipment and other sporting infrastructure, along with timely repairs and attention to shortages in facilities. I would advocate for a transparent process for sports-team selection, with clearly communicated eligibility criteria, trials and selection procedures. Concerns about favouritism, internal politics or unfair treatment should be addressed through an appropriate grievance mechanism rather than left unresolved. Students should have a clear way to report irregularities and seek a review where there are credible concerns about selection decisions. Both male and female students should receive fair access to sports infrastructure, training opportunities, equipment and representation, with facilities and scheduling responsive to their needs. My objective would be to advocate for a sports environment where access and selection are guided by transparent procedures, facilities are maintained, and students have a fair opportunity to represent the university.

Grounds and stadiums should be properly maintained. Transparent appointment of captains and coaches will help reduce corruption. An authority under the Sports Council should hear participants’ problems.

As a final-year Master’s student of the Life Science faculty, I understand that many students want to stay physically active, but face difficulties due to limited access, poor maintenance of grounds, or lack of proper equipment and timing facilities. As a Court member, my authority is limited and mainly connected to the faculty. I cannot directly develop sports infrastructure. However, I can work in these practical ways: - Collect the specific problems faced by Life Science students regarding sports facilities, ground access, equipment, and timing. - Raise these genuine concerns properly through faculty-level meetings and official channels. - Advocate for better maintenance of existing sports facilities and fair access for students of all departments. - Coordinate with other student representatives so that the issue of improved sports facilities. - Keep the students of our faculty informed about the status of the concerns that have been raised. My effort will be to ensure that the sports-related needs of Life Science students are clearly presented and not ignored.
